Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Mon-Fri 8.30-15.00. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, but during busy times paid for postage will be processed and dispatched before free postage.

Delivery times quoted are from the date of dispatch as these are the shipping estimates provided by the courier. These are estimated delivery times and do not include any delays in customs.

Delivery Methods / Global-e

We have partnered with Global-e, a third party service acting as your seller-on-record, so you can buy and ship your ProSwimwear products to over 100 destinations worldwide! When you buy your ProSwimwear products from Global-e, you will see that your payment method is charged by **Global-e// ProSwimwear**, and the purchase is subject to Global-e’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (which will be clearly presented in checkout before you place the order). Global E offer an Express Shipping service which is sent via DHL and takes approximately 1-3 working days dependent on country of delivery, delivery lead time will be confirmed at time of check out.

The Standard tracked service that is dispatched via Royal Mail takes approximately 3-10 working days dependent on country of delivery, delivery lead time will be confirmed at time of check out.

To add; “International delivery times will be estimated at time of checkout and give you two options to choose from, Tracked Post with Royal Mail or Express Courier (Air) with DHL.

When you spend over 100.00 CA$ you can take advantage of free Tracked Post delivery service, if you need your order in a hurry it is recommended that you use the Express Shipping option.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have any concerns or queries regarding your order you can contact  help@proswimwear.in with your order number and Global E customer service team will answer any concerns.


An Apology

Some customers have reported orders taking longer than usual to arrive. This was due to technical difficulties with our new warehouse location in Germany. These issues are now resolved but our customer services team are currently dealing with higher volumes of calls and tickets than usual, and it will take a little while to work through the backlog. We thank you for your patience.
